Meet the Team
Our staff has training and expertise in human and ecological risk assessment, pesticides and fertilizers, civil/environmental engineering, environmental toxicology, chemistry, biology, and planning. Our staff includes licensed professional engineers, Pest Control Advisers (PCAs), DPR Qualified Applicators (QALs), Certified Crop Advisers (CCAs), API 653 and STI SP001 Certified Inspectors, an Industrial General Permit (IGP) Trainer of Record (ToR) and Qualified Industrial Stormwater Practitioner (QISP), and an SWRCB Stormwater Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD)/Practitioner (QSP).

The firm was founded in 2000 by Michael Blankinship. Mike has an MS in Agricultural and Environmental Chemistry from UC Davis in the Departments of Environmental Toxicology and Environmental Engineering and a BA in Chemistry from Saint Michael's College, located in Colchester Park, Vermont. He is a California registered professional engineer (Civil) and is a California Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR)-licensed Pest Control Adviser (PCA), IGP QISP, ToR, and QSD/QSP.
