Training

We have trained thousands of growers and ranchers throughout California on topics such as sediment and erosion control, pesticide applications, risk analysis, and water quality.

We developed an online Irrigated Lands Regulatory Program (ILRP) Sediment & Erosion Control Plan (SECP) Grower Self-Certification Training to teach landowners how to reduce erosion and prevent agricultural runoff from impairing surface and groundwater.

Stormwater Permitting

Our professional staff includes a Construction General Permit (CGP) Qualified SWPPP Developers (QSD), Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP), IGP Qualified Industrial Stormwater Practitioner (QISP) and Trainer of Record (ToR). We can assist you with large and small development projects for compliance with California Statewide Stormwater Permits and RWQCB requirements

Northern California Compliance Group

As of January 1, 2020, business license renewals require submittal of a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) to the State Water Board, which includes several annual storm water sampling and reporting requirements. We formed the Northern California Compliance Group for producers to simplify their Stormwater Industrial General Permit (IGP) compliance and reduce costs.
