Northern California Compliance Group
As of January 1, 2020, business license renewals require submittal of a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) to the State Water Board, which includes several annual storm water sampling and reporting requirements. We formed the Northern California Compliance Group for producers to simplify their Stormwater Industrial General Permit (IGP) compliance and reduce costs.
